Can You Say No, No, No, No, No

It's about damn time Kelly done finally broke away from MISTA Knowles. I just love almost everything (do not like the feet on her - y'all know how I feel about feet) on Kelly but her and MISTA did not make a good combination when it came to record sales.
Well now that I think about it, maybe she did a jedi mind trick on him. Maybe she figured out that she had one of them plantation deals like LL had with Def Jam and decided to record the most crappiest/depressing songs ever under music world music so that she could finally break the chains. I'm just sayin though :) Want more

PRESIDENT OBAMA'S IN THE HOUSE: We have chosen hope over fear!!!

I'm still at a lost for words to sum up the whole Presidential election and inauguration experience so please bare with me. This morning was one of the warmest coldest days I can remember. My husband, son and I snuggled in the bed to watch the inauguration and I have been crying since 8:00 am PST. I'm a little emotional right now. I hate to do a Sarah Palin, but I liked EVERYTHING about what we experienced this morning. It was amazing to watch President Obama stand and give a speech with so much grace and conviction. I mean, if this was me I would not have been able to keep the tears back. It was was awesome to see people put there differences to the side for a moment. I mean, did you actually see President Daddy Bush and President Bill Clinton share smiles and a hug? Get outta here!!! Click here for more

Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel: Interviews imprisoned OLYMPIC sprinter Tim Montgomery tonight on HBO

When the checks stop rolling in I guess the truth comes out of people.  Check your local listing for times but this will be on HBO, tonight :)

More about the episode called Come Clean:

In a REAL SPORTS/Sports Illustrated exclusive, host Bryant Gumbel goes behind prison walls for a one-on-one interview with former sprinter Tim Montgomery. At one point, he was on top of the track and field world. In addition to being the fastest man on the planet, having set the 100m world record in 2002, Montgomery was also an Olympic relay gold medalist and was involved with Marion Jones, the fastest woman on the planet. Today he is serving an eight-and-a-half year federal prison sentence for bank fraud and dealing heroin. Montgomery sits down with Gumbel to come clean about his life before athletic fame and the steep decline from world record-holder to convicted felon.
I guess the question of the moment is, how do you go from a Olympic athlete to a convicted felon in 2.2seconds?  Listen to Tim Montgomery's story and you will learn how.
